[TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS error 300

Carlos,
  I have been getting this error too. My first "fix" was to change the 
error message to say that it may be a problem with either Type66 or 
Type56. Not much of a fix at all.

  I think the cause of the error is that when running from Studio and 
TRNEdit, TRNBuild gets called to process the *.b17 file and generate the 
*.bld, *.trn, and *.inf files. When called from TRNSED, however, the 
call to TRNBuild is bypassed and Type56 uses existing (already 
processed) *.bld, *.trn, and *.inf files. I managed to avoid the error 
by changing the "error" to a "warning" in my version of callProgram. 
This is just a workaround for TRNSED though; we are currently working on 
a permanent solution with Transsolar.
