JOB DESCRIPTION

The job opening is for an energy consultant in construction projects. The work will be advanced technical consultancy for projects that improve the energy efficiency of buildings (both the building envelopes and HVAC systems). The projects are new construction as well as energy refurbishments in existing buildings and installations.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

The candidate should hold a MSc. title in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Energy, should have accredited experience in the field of energy in buildings of at least 4 years and should have proficiency in the use of energy simulation programs such as: TRNSYS, DesignBuilder, Ecotect, CALENER GT...

Specific knowledge and/or experience with calculations for renewable energy installations, as well as specific knowledge about Measurement an Verification Protocols, are considered a plus.

Spanish level minimum DELE B2, and fluent in English.

The job will be at the CENER headquarters, located just outside Pamplona, Spain.
