[TRNSYS-users] Wrapper type

Santiago,
Getting two programs to communicate with each other is a bit complex
because normally, the two need to talk using the operating system's
language (Windows API). I would recommend that you look at the source
code for Type66 (TRNSYS/EES), Type62 (TRNSYS/Excel), Type101
(TRNSYS/Fluent) and Type155 (TRNSYS/Matlab) to get an idea how others
have solved the problem in the past. I would also recommend that you
contact the LabView developers or a LabView forum and ask if anyone is
aware of existing communication links into LabView from other programs.
It is often easier to copy the structure of existing links.
Best,
  David
