[TRNSYS-users] trnbuild error in generating the shading/insolation matrix

Does this happen right away when you generate the shading matrix? It 
looks from the error as though there is some kind of file writing 
permission error (which may have to do with the operating system and 
read/write access and nothing to do with the building). You might also 
look at the file ***_shd.log that is generated while the shading matrix 
completes to see if there is any useful information about the error.
