[TRNSYS-users] window pane temperature diverging

Thomas,
  I've run into this problem a few times; it essentially means that the 
calculations going on inside Type56 to resolve all the gas and pane 
temperatures in your window are not converging. I have often had success 
by changing the inside surface convection coefficient calculation from 
"automatic" to "constant" in the window type manager for whichever 
window is giving problems. A typical value for the a constant inside 
convection coefficient is 11 kJ/h.m2. This is not an ideal solution 
because of course the convection coefficient changes as the window pane 
and room temperature change but it does stabilize the calculations some.
