Nick,
   Type55 would allow you to integrate only over a certain time period 
(your 8am to 4pm time frame) and reset daily. Alternatively, you can get 
a daily sum of a function that has a value of 1 when the sun is up and a 
value of 0 otherwise: sunUp = GT(Ih,0) (where Ih is an output of your 
weather processor). That will get you the number of daylight hours each 
day. You'll then need to print out your hourly temperatures and do the 
integration in Excel after the simulation.
