[TRNSYS-users] THERMAL ACTIVE COMPONENTS

Hi,
 
I wanted to know if trnsys 16 thermal active components in trnbuild are capacitive solutions or are only resistive.
 
And what about TESS LIBRARY Ground Coupling (type 653, 705,...)? it includes inertia?
