Dear Wang,

I HIGHLY recommend that you use Type9 to read your weather and Type16 to
process your radiation for one day of data – these components were made to do
this! There is an example in the latest version and also in the demo version (.\Examples\Weather
Data\RadiationProcessing.tpf or .\Examples\Reading Data\RadiationProcessing.tpf)
that demonstrates how to do this. Type109 is obsolete as it is very obscure.
