[TRNSYS-users] Simulating a double skin facade with interior blinds

Florian,
I have spoken to a colleague about writing a model of an operable
shading device that is trapped between two pieces of glass. Neither one
of us is aware of such a model and neither one of us was too confident
in the idea of creating a thermal zone for such a narrow double facade
space. TRNBuild/Type56 allows the user to specify an internal shading
device on windows (whether EXTERNAL or ADJACENT) but the mass of the
shading device is ignored and the shading device is assumed to be open
to the zone on the inside (ie not trapped within the two pieces of glass).
Kind regards,
  David
