Chen,
  If you have access to the TessLibs17, you can use Type987 (four-pipe 
fan coil in the HVAC library). If you have the TessLibs v2 then there is 
only a 2-pipe (heating) fan coil - Type664 but you can assemble a fan 
coil using a heating coil model, a cooling coil model, and a fan.
