Giulio,
   That is exactly the correct way to model the situation. Actually 
because Type56 (in TRNSYS 16) is a non-geometrical model (and therefore 
doesn't care where walls are in relation to one another) you can treat 
all four walls as though it were one wall with the total area (provided 
that they all have the same construction of course). I usually keep it 
as four walls for clarity but mathematically it is the same.
