Yes, 
my TRNSYS version is 16.
As for the windows ID, all those with an u-value of 0.4 are causing the same 
error, in my model : 4002, 4102, 4202, 4302.
I join the files needed in a .rar.

  Could you please specify which version of TRNSYS you are using and which 
window ID you chose (there are a number of different windows in the win4lib.dat 
file). Please also send your *.tpf, *.bui (or *.b17), and *.lst files as well as 
any others that would be needed in order to run the project.
