you will not be able to create the .tmf. And even if you knew them the
probability to create a .tmf compatible with your dll is approximately
zero…>

While it's true that if you don't know the
parameters/inputs/outputs/derivatives you won't be able to use the DLL,
the odds of creating a TMF that'll work with your DLL if you DO know the
parameters/inputs/outputs/derivatives should be 100%!  All TMF's are
created the same way - by entering the
parameters/inputs/outputs/derivatives.
