Paul,
 It depends on how you define your window. If you define it as an 
"additional window" then you have to manually remove the window area 
from the wall because there is no association between the two. If you 
define the window while you have a wall selected in TRNBuild, then the 
wall area should be the gross wall area (it says "incl. windows" next to 
the area field) and the window area will be removed internally and 
automatically by TRNBuild.
