Claire,
 Yes, you can. Use Type11f (the flow diverter where you give it the 
control signal) and use the following equation to calculate Y

Y = (Tsetpoint - TColdSource) / (THotWater - TColdSource)

the flow out of port 1 should go to your cold source and the flow out of 
port 2 should bypass it and mix back in afterwards.
