[TRNSYS-users] tempering valve type 11b

Hi trnsys users,
usually the type 11b receives cold water in input from the cold source, shares this flow and sends a part to the heat source (=>the resulting temperature is higher than the input).
Is it possible to do the contrary : type 11b receives hot water in input from the heat source, shares it and sends a part to be cooled to a cold source (=>the resulting temperature is lower than the input) ?
