Nguan Teck,
  Any timestep that is evenly divisible by one hour should work and 
should give approximately the same results. The solution to the problem 
depends on which component you are using. If you using a Type9 data 
reader then chances are that the interpolation and initial value 
settings are not quite matching up with your data. If you are using 
Type109 or Type15, there might be a bug in the code.
