[TRNSYS-users] application errors

Dear TRNSYS-users,

I have recently installed my copy of TRNSYS 16 and I am encountering
multiple problems with the software.

I Hope some of you might have experienced similar problems and could help me
solve them?

1) New projects (all):
When I try to change the standard directory setting of a new project to some
other folder, after saving the setting (clicking ok) the old standard keeps
coming back. Since I do not have a folder called .\myprojects\project\... I
keep getting a warning when I make a new file with the old standardsetting.

2) After simulation (all projects):
after running a simulation I get a small error screen: "1/0 error 103",
followed by trnexe shutting down and followed by an application error screen
stating:" Exception Eaccess Violation in module TRNExe.exe at FFFFF045.
Access violation at address 00000045. Read of address 00000045." Output
files however have been created as normal.

3) Copying components in one particular project:
When I try to copy-paste certain components in one of my projects I keep
getting the message: "an invalid argument was encountered". This does not
happen when I copy something from my older files (also made in trnsys 16 on
an other computer) or in other projects, but only after making a new file or
altering anything in an older one (even without saving). After clicking okay
I can paste the component, but afterwards the program sometimes crashes
(either after a short time or when I try to save the project).

Does anyone know what to do?

Thanks in advance,

Thomas Bockelandt
