This warning is caused by rounding when you set your timestep at 5 minutes
in Studio.  If you set your timestep to 5/60 hours in an equation the
warning goes away.

I also took a look at your data file and you are missing an hours worth of
temperature and relative humidity data around line 26500 in the data file.

We do not often use type 109, but I was able to succesfully read your data
file (with the missing data replaced) using a type 9 data reader and
processed the radiation data using type 16 radiation processor and matched
your input weather data.
