Thanks for letting me know about the confusion in the Type655 documentation.
I think your approach is correct. I would just be a bit careful about how
the sensible and latent cooling is being handled. The difficulty with
Type508 is that you don't really know how much of the air bypasses the
coil and how much comes to temperature equilibrium with the coil (which
determines how much water is removed from the air stream). The "air side
heat transfer" includes both sensible and latent effects. Unfortunately,
it doesn't split them up for you. You'll have to use Type42 in such a way
that you can reconstruct the sensible/latent ratio.
