I would suggest you to recreat a window using the Window 5 software and the LBNL data base which is frequently updated. There are available on the web at no cost.
You wil find very useful indications on the way to use Window 5 and add a new window in Trnsys at following address.

  Dear Romain,

Transsolar compiled the Germain window library (w4-lib.dat) based on manufacturer data. I had a look at the library
but I couldn't find a glazing with your specification.
Which library did you use (other than German)? What is the WinID number?

  Thanks,

  Marion

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] glazing library, existance of the glazings specified

    Hello,

I am currently trying to do thermal balances of different types of windows using the glazing library of TRNSYS.
The "best" triple glazing I found is the "Saint Gobain CLIMATOP K", Ug=0.52 and g=0.585. This solar factor is better than any other type of triple and even double glazing! I never found any technical nor comercial document that confirms such a performance. Was the glazing system just simulated by software or is it real and "buyable"?

Thanks in advance for your help.
    Best regards
