[TRNSYS-users] Saving of parameters using storage at the end of a non-converging timestep

Chun Kwong,
Yes, the Type will be called one last time with INFO(13)>0 even if there
wasn't convergence during the time step. That step should really be
called "end of time step" instead of "post convergence"
