<I can't understand first of all why the outlet water temp from the
collectors starts from 0, and then the problem is that, even if it heats
up during the day (up to 17 C), it always remains lower than the inlet
water temp of the collector!>

Please send your project file to your distributor and they can quickly
look through it and figure out what is wrong with your system.  As an
alternative - you can also send it to the mailing list here but there is
no promise that the helpful people on this list will debug it for you
(likely but not guaranteed).
