Hi Fabien,

Thanks for looking into the details of this topic.  I am afraid that you 
found a bug. Both components were developed separately over the years, 
and they may not be giving the right results when combined.
Sorry if this creates inconveniences. We are currently working on 
another solution that will combine both shading sources, overhangs and 
far away objects into a single component.
