[TRNSYS-users] Cooling effect of humidity buffering

Dear all,

First of all I wish you all a very happy new year!

Secondly I wanted to ask if anyone knows if the humidity model of type
56 also takes the cooling effect of humidity buffering into account. I
mean, when a wall absorbs moisture (when there is a lot of vapour
production), does this proces produce heat (in TRNSYS) and when the
water is diffusing to the room again, does this require heat? I think
type 56 does not take this effect into account, and I have to simulate
this using wall gains. But if anyone has experience with it, I am very
interested.

Kind regards, Sabine Jansen
