[TRNSYS-users] Announcement: TRNSYS training course september

Transsolar offers TRNSYS training courses  in Stuttgart, Germany periodically.
The training courses are meant to accelerate the introduction of beginners into
TRNSYS/TRNFLOW and to enable an effective handling of the software.

For the next TRNSYS-Training the Course language will be Englisch.
Attached please find the program and dates:

Seminar 1 : 	Introduction to TRNSYS (1-day course)
Basics Principles of dynamic thermal simulations
Peripheral TRNSYS Tools
Developing a TRNSYS project in the Studio (hands-on session):
Solar thermal DHW System
September, 19th 2005
costs:	€ 495,- per Person, plus tax

Seminar 2 :	Building Simulation with TRNSYS (2-day course)
Modelling of a building with three thermal Zones
Building model input with TRNBUILD (hands-on session)
Modelling of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation and Control strategies within
TRNSYS Simulation studio (hands-on session)
Simulation, post processing (e.g. Excel) and evaluation of results,
benchmarking with actual projects (hands-on session)
(recommended for experienced TRNSYS user or participants of seminar1)
September, 20th  + 21th 2005
costs:	€ 990,- per Person, plus tax

Seminar 4 :	Coupled thermal and Air Flow Modelling of buildings with TRNFlow (1-day course)
Theory and Basics
Introduction to the TRNFlow Graphical user interface
Integration of TRNFlow in TRNSYS 16
Presentation of air flow components available within TRNFlow
Explanation of INPUTS and OUTPUTS in TRNFlow
Developing a coupled thermal and Air Flow Model (application): 
Upgrade of a TRNSYS multi-zone model
(office with adjacent double facade) to a full TRNFLOW model
Simulation, post processing (e.g. Excel) and evaluation of the results, Tipps & Trix
(recommended for experienced TRNSYS user or participants of seminar2)
September, 22th 2005
costs:	€ 690,- per Person, plus tax

computers
PCs will be provided during the course. If you want you can bring your own laptop.
It is also not necessary to own TRNSYS as it will be installed on all course
Computers for the time of the course.

location
Seminars will take place at Transsolar in Stuttgart.
