[Equest-users] DX package for multi-zones

Saif:
A DX unit as simulated is a single zone unit. If you have 5 zones served by this unit, you will note from the tree diagram to the left (after clicking Air Side at the top) that the unit requires a Control Zone. That is where the thermostat will be (just like a real house). That zone will be satisfied. The others may or may not be, depending on the extremes in load.
When you put a DX package in each space, you have now given each space a thermostat, and thus each t-stat will control its own zone.

 Hi everyone
I am working on multifamily project where there is a single DX package unit for each floor when I assign a package for all the floor zones I have a lot of unmet hours except for the thermostat zone, but if I assign a package unit for each zone I have zero unmet hours. so I am just wondering what causing this problem?
Thank you,
Saif,
