Hi,
If I right understood, besides the characteristics of the flows, you have to
know the efficiency of the fan coil. Then,
air_fow*T_dif_air*cp_air=efficiency*water_flow*T_dif_water*cp_water <=>
T_dif_air=efficiency*(water_flow*T_dif_water*cp_water)/(air_flow*cp_air)
