[Bldg-sim] HVAC Engineering Calculation

I have an interesting problem and wonder if it can be solved theoretically.
It is just a simple hot water heating coil with constant water flow rate and
constant air flow with constant incoming temp. and humidity.  If current
conditions are given, is there a way to calculate the temperature drop in the
delivered air based on lowering the temperature of the incoming hot water?
