Dear Achinta,

you can add overhangs by creating Shading Objects. Please have a look into the Trnsys3d Tutorial – Create Shading Objects. You can find it under Sketchup -> Plugins -> Trnsys3d -> Tutorial.
For your case with a simple overhang, you only need a plane surface shading object above your window.

hi all,
i am facing problem in adding overhangs on my building model while preapring the building model in google sketchup for trnsys. actually do not have idea how to add overhangs in building model. please guide me to solve this problem. thank you for your valuable time
