Jalomi and Van Long,

   These problems are usually configurational and are nearly impossible 
to diagnose remotely. You'll need to do some playing around with 
administrator rights and you'll need to make sure that you don't have 
Trnsys installed somewhere restricted (such as in the .\Program Files\ 
directory.

   Some hints that other users have found helpful are as follows: Make 
sure that you are using Python3, that your Python version (32-bit or 
64-bit) matches your TRNSYS version, that Python is in the Windows path 
and that only Python3 is referenced in the Windows path (in case you 
have more than one Python version running.
