Subject: [BLDG-SIM] property values and solar energy
Anyone have information on property value increases for including/adding
solar energy (photovoltaics, and or hot water) to residential and/or
commercial buildings.
There is a reference out there to the Appraisal Journal saying 1$
reduction in utility bills equals $20 in increased property values. But
this is for conventional conservation improvements for residential.
Does it apply to solar energy generation?
