[UA] Possibility of a Bard character?

An alternative to trying to work out a trade for skill points to attribute
points would be to let him have a custom skill in each stat that added to
the stat for the purpose of significant skill checks. This would also
prevent him from having extra body points, higher other skill maxes, etc.
Those would be best for Mind and Soul, but someone with even 15% in it for
each would have a nice little edge as a generalist.
