[UA] Possibility of a Bard character?

I like the passions-sharing idea...

I think that it has a bit to do with what kind of bard he wants to be. Way
back in the day we had a long discussion about a longer Avatar list, and one
that reached consensus was "The Storyteller" -- seems to me that that'd be a
very Bardish sort o' thing.
