They did, though, during the balkan war all of the participant countries were Mickied.
  Wasn't that technically one country (Yugoslavia) that had a civil war meltdown?
   
  I just saw Hunting Party which I enjoyed. It's a story of three journalists who decided to get together to find and interview a hiding Serbian war criminal. It's funny but has its share of post-war eccentrics. Plenty of ideas in there.
