I dunno. I understand that not every school needs a blast. I've made schools
without blasts. Maybe Neomancy's blast is undercosted, but I thought it
seemed at least as appropriate as Plutomancy's blast. It's an aggressive,
competitive, petty sort of school, and not in an overly subtle or passive
way.
