I agree.  I was thinking the same thing.  
 
It usually helps when you first think of the taboo.  If the taboo would really suck for the person that routinely engages in this behavior, then you're on the right path.  
 
I think I recall a school from the old days of UA called ballistomancy.  I'm unable to consult the archives at this moment.  If I recall, it is an obsession with guns and firing ranges.  You collect guns.  You fire guns.  You love guns.  But the taboo was if you ever use a gun against a person.  
 
I could see a food school being one where you eat.  You continuously eat.  But you eat only for the sake of eating.  You cannot enjoy your food.  So, you eat bland food.  In a sense, it's like pornomancy but for food.  If you ever suspect your player may be cheesing something instead of playing up a cool flaw, then don't use this school.  
 
I do remember some of the write-ups about an anorexia-based school.  It was damned creepy.  Anorexia is creepy anyway, but taking an already extreme lifestyle and making it UA-extreme….that takes balls.
