True, which is why I said improbable.

I'm no sociologist, but I'd imagine the notion of an information
society and eternal media bombardment wasn't as prevalent in the 50s.
Even so, there's plenty of opportunity for a time-warped infomancer to mess
with the media in any era after the invention of radio.
