--Why not a flying fortress? Some massive
plane/zepplin/blimp type deal. Which would lead to
battles on the wings as it drifts into "enemy
territory" and planes buzz by spraying everything with
machine gun fire.
--Some mysterious lost island fortress
--A floating icebreaker departing toward the North
Pole (yeah rah, polar nazis!) leading to a
confrontation on jagged planes of broken ice,
threatening to send you skidding into freezing waters
--Somewhere historically signifant to the history of
flight (since she actually flies)
--Maybe they can't hit her in her fortress. It's too
well protected, so they have to hit her someone else.
Maybe she's in New York or Washington receiving an
award from Mrs. Roosevelt and they have to hit her
during the awards ceremony.
--Maybe you pick something--build it up, how difficult
the assalt is going to be, give them maps, and make
plans--but she hits them first in their homebase.
