Sure, but I find the unhinging is also true for any
character who dips in to the underground.

That makes sense. Always shoot the guy who chews his
fingers to the bone and can bite you across the room.
That's the joy of failing those Unnatural stress
checks.

I think, as you said, that playing the adept charging
should be disturbing enough but it doesn't merely mean
they're all completely loopy mad.

He also could be confident or he keeps his little
joyful secrets close to his heart and doesn't care to
show off his Kool Magic Stuff. But I also find that
the true reason for people, adepts or otherwise, is
how well you roll those Madness checks over play.

I think we are largely speaking about the same thing
just from different directions.
