The Hotel can easily become a base of operations.
There's nothing forbidding the PCs from going out and
having adventures and then returning to the motel.
Sometimes they can bring a person they feel needs to
be renounced or eaten by the motel.

It could be a great way to dispose of unruly
occultists.
