I read Exterminators. It's a cross between the Naked
Lunch movie and an average pot-boiler drama show.

Addictive bugspray, swarm intelligence, roaches
recognising individuals (in the swarm and out), and a
variety of oddball heathens.

My favourite was the little weaselly guy (the one who
exploded and left the Box behind). Since the weasel
died, I haven't followed the series. I believe the
first sic issues are collected into a trade paperback.

Unfortunately, I'm eating my way through the Baroque
Cycle and I have encountered a growing personal
aversion to reading comics-for-comics-sake (and I have
dropped 90% of my regular titles).
