no, but it does make me think of a cabal of entropomancers that are
parallel to the Cult of the Naked Goddess. like the CoNG, they search
for manifestations of the King in Yellow, and then they copy his
behaviour and the behaviour induced by his appearance on innocent by
standers.
It's not exactly classic entropomancy, because this school of magick's
paradox lies in the exact copying of a random and chaotic pattern.
they don't use chaos, but rather they use unexpected order. 
or maybe they use chaos, but a tightly controlled version of it. 
or maybe they use the memory of chaos, as it is entrenched in the
human genetic memory.
no one knows, and frankly - someone fucked up enough to follow the KiY
around the wrold is not exactly someone easy to talk to.

so, the next time a MiB approachesa scene of random chaos, ask
yourself why does he giggle to himself, with the addition of the
occasional "whoop" and yellow butterflies leaping from his ears.
