	I think that you'll grant they can be misused with varying  
effectiveness.  A lot more can go wrong in HERO than in UA, and UA >  
WUSHU, and WUSHU > Universalis, and Universalis > ...I dunno, a highschool  
production of Rosencrantz & Guildenstern, I guess.

	My point is only that while you are quite correct, I think some systems  
can exhibit traits that more readily permit/encourage the behavior being  
discussed.  Perhaps most of the onus is on the player, but some games act  
as enablers.
