I don't think so.  Champions does come up all the time in these discussions 
because it's a particularly fertile ground for rules abuse, and D&D comes up 
because it tends to encourage--or is thought to encourage--various sins 
linked to munchkinism, but any system can be misused by gamers blinded by 
the quest for buffness.
