Excellent advices all around, plus this: print out
http://www.atlas-games.com/pdf_storage/ua2_preview.pdf in as many copies as
you have players. Say: "this is all you ever get to see, if you need to see
anything else, I'll copy it out for you." Behaviour like this should not be
accepted, and the preview has all beginning clueless (street-level) players
need.

One of my players keeps looking into "character
options," in order to have an excuse to borrow the UA
book and try to powergame.  I.e. He's trying to learn
the setting secrets, etc. etc.
