[UA] Graffiti artists and a charging scheme

Not only did Dada trivilise art by mocking it but it
downgraded art by turning it into graphic design.

Aha!

Well the graphittimancers seem okay although the major
charging ritual isn't so dangerous, not without an
extreme sports member in the cabal. How about getting
fame which is like big street cred (think of all those
Giant poster-taggers that are all so in-the-flow right
now).

Now there can be graphittimancers and pictomancers in
the city competing over the same psychic niche - one
for art and the other for politics.

Will the be nice or nasty?
