[UA] Magic Snow!

We had another session last night, and the Fabulous Manteufel Sisters (and
some other guy) did many things -- one of which was save Santa Claus.
Santa had been captured and . . . well, I don't want to spoil the whole
thing, but let's just say that apparently you can't kill Santa in
Christmasland even when you try really really hard. Oh, the Violence checks.
It was not a pretty sight.
So anyway, we saved him from a grim fate, and he gave us presents. They seem
somewhat non-magical, BUT as Amanda Manteufel was leaving, she grabbed a
handful of snow. Amanda's no fool -- snow from Christmasland is just damn
cool.
But not *too* cool. You see, in Christmasland, it's always 50 degrees. And
Christmasland snow doesn't melt at that temperature.
And it doesn't melt at 50 degrees in the Real World, either.
So now Amanda's in the Real World with a big snowball (soon to be two small
snowballs) from an Otherspace, Christmasland. She's confirmed that this snow
does not melt at 50 degrees. And it sure in the hell looks exactly like
snow.
Gotta be worth something, right? Hell, this is potentially Wake-The-Tiger
stuff -- she goes into a science lab, shows them her snowball, they confirm
that it's frozen H20 that doesn't melt at 50 degrees, and they have to
either start making Unnatural checks or start quoting Vonnegut's Cat's
Cradle.
But Amanda's not interested in that. No, Amanda wants to get some $$ or
equipment (magical or otherwise) that will allow her to do her job better.
Which brings me to the question. What do you do with magic snow? What kind
of value might it have? What kind of ritual could it be used for; what kind
of item might it be used to help create? Trader Joe (a Gambler) put the
estimated price at around 30k. Maybe, maybe (though Amanda would prefer to
get something other than cash).
