The obvious checks should be Self and Unnatural, but the tumour gives me an idea.  Pehaps the separated tumour becomes some kind of proto-Unspeakable Servant, and decides to pursue and seek reunion with it's former host.  Give it some kind of ability to attach to other people (only on some kind of temporary basis- the new hosts now have terminal cancer, after all), but try to show it in a sympathetic, yet creepy light- as far as the tumour knows, it's the injured party.

tumor, and it crawls away. Three, the room in the
back. In the pandemonium, the players find the room
in the back, where the "faith healer" has several
people trapped. They realize that the "healer" has
been transferring the illnesses/injuries from his
patients to these victims.
