I just presume that they'd be some sort of nonentity.
So they arrive, everything is hunky dory for seven
seconds and then they start going all bananas.

In this scenario, you'll need to put down a non-entity
with 500 Body that can only be taken down by magic.
All other attacks do 10% of rolled damage - all damage
under 25 is ignored.

Shame. Those Sleepers will have such a headache.

Second scenario: They are just people with organs and
intestinal parasites and all that guff. They pop into
the world and live normal lives, marry, have children,
etc.
